Enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and canapés as we get ready for dinner. Feel free to get some fresh air & go for a stroll in “one of the world’s coolest neighbourhoods” (circa 2014).

Dinner reception, dancing, etc. (Main Hall)
Make your way downstairs - it’s time to celebrate! We’ll ask folks to start finding their seats at 6:00pm, so that dinner can start at 6:15pm. Expect lots of food and drinks, speeches, dancing, cake, & late night snacks.

For your convenience, we have held a block of rooms at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre for the nights of Friday, September 20th & Saturday, September 21st.

How/when do I RSVP?
Please RSVP using the digital invitation in your email inbox. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by August 15, 2024. Apologies for the tight timeline!

What time should guests arrive?
We ask that you plan to arrive by 4pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

What type of food will be served?
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with your choice of entrée. We're thrilled to have Richmond Station cater our wedding. We really appreciate their commitment to buying locally and seasonally, and supporting farmers and growers across Southern Ontario.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely! Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. Servers and staff will also be available to answer any questions during dinner.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding will be entirely indoors, so we can celebrate rain or shine!

What will the weather be like on September 21?
Our wedding will be held on the last official day of summer. That being said, the weather can sometimes be unpredictable in Toronto. The historical monthly average for September ranges from 13° to 23° Celsius / 55° to 74° Fahrenheit.

Where in the Great Hall will the wedding take place?
We invite you to explore the Guest Hall while you’re here! Here’s where we’ll be:
- Our Ceremony will be held in the Conversation Room.
- Cocktail hour will be held on the Balcony.
- The Reception will be held in the Main Hall.
We’ll have signage around the building to help you navigate.

Is the Great Hall accessible?
The Main Hall & Conversation Room within the Great Hall are fully accessible. There is an elevator between the lower floor and second floor of the building. Accessible washrooms are located on both the lower level and the second floor. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know!
